WASHING METHOD FOR INSIDE SURFACE OF TUBULAR MEMBER AND DEVICE THEREFOR

PURPOSE: To provide a washing method capable of effectively removing hardly removable stains as well and a device therefor in a method for washing/ degreasing the inside surface of a tubular member by passing a washing liquid/ degreasing liquid therein. CONSTITUTION: The washing liquid is passed through the tubular member 1 to be subjected to washing of its inside surface from a supply port 3 of jigs 2 disposed at both ends of the tubular member 1 to a discharge port 4. Current is passed from an anode 8 to a cathode 8 to the washing liquid flowing in the tubular member 1. Permanent magnets 5, 6 are arranged to face each other at the tubular member 1 movably by maintaining spacings respectively between their inside wall surfaces and the outside wall surface to generate magnetic fields. The Coulomb force in the circumferential direction of the tubular member is acted on the washing liquid flowing in the tubular member 1 by these magnetic fields and the current flowing in the washing liquid, by which the washing liquid is made to flow circumferentially along the inside wall surface of the tube. The stains sticking to the inside wall surface of the tube are effectively washed and removed by such flow.
