Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: To provide a monomethylsilicone resin-coated steel plate excellent in film processability. CONSTITUTION: A monomethylsilanol sol 5,000-20,000 in molecular weight in terms of polystyrene is incorporated with an isocyanate 1,000-3,000 in weight- average molecular weight and an epoxy resin 300-800 in weight-average molecular weight in such proportions that the weight ratios [(isocyanate + epoxy resin)/nonvolatiles of monomethylsilanol sol] and [isocyanate per eq. of isocyanate group/epoxy resin per eq. of epoxy group] are (0.1-0.5) and (0.5-2.0), respectively, and at least one side of a steel plate is coated with the resultant blend so as to come to a film thickness of 1-30μm on a dry basis followed by heating the steel plate to 140-300 deg.C on an attained plate temperature basis. |
