Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: To dispense with the formation of a film after processing and to enhance the cleaning properties of a surface treated steel sheet, in an epoxy resin containing a monomethylsilanol sol and a powder of oxides of W and Mo adapted to the treatment of a steel sheet, by specifying the addition amt. of additives, the compsn. of the resin, the thickness of a coating film and a coating film forming condition. CONSTITUTION: Three mols of water is added to one mol of monomethyltrialkoxysilane to hydrolyze the same to form a monomethylsilanol sol. Subsequently, isocyanate and an epoxy resin are added in a ratio of (isocyanate wt. + epoxy resin wt.)/(non-volatile component wt. of monomethylsilanol zol)=0.1-0.5 and (isocyanate group/isocyanate wt. per equivalent)/(epoxy resin wt. per one equivalent of epoxy group)=0.5-2.0. Further, oxide of W and/or Mo with an average particle size of 0.1-20μm is added to the sol non-volatile component in an amt. of 2-30 mass % and a coating film is applied to at least the single surface of the steel sheet in a dry thickness of 1-30μm to be heated at reaching temp. of 450-750 deg.C for 10-60min. |
