PURPOSE: To realize easy storage by a method wherein a discharge pipe having a plug, which is fastened to an inner tube when no material in a hopper is discharged so as to block the opening part of the inner tube, and the sliding down along the outer peripheral surface of the inner tube due to the empty weight of an outer tube is prevented from occurring and the outer tube is slid down by a predetermined range due to its empty weight by releasing the above-mentioned fastening at the discharging of the material, is provided. CONSTITUTION: When no material in a hopper is discharged, the plug 14 of a discharge pipe 11 is fastened by an inner tube 12 and a pin 15 so as to block an opening part extendedly provided at the lower part of the inner tube 12 and, prevent an outer tube 13 from sliding down along the outer peripheral surface of the inner tube 12 due to the empty weight of the outer tube 13. Thus, since the inner tube 12 and the outer tube 13 nest each other, the length of the discharge pipe 11 becomes shorter. Accordingly, the discharge tube 11 makes no hindrance at running operation, during storage and the like. When the material in the hopper is discharged, the fastening between the plug 14 and the inner tube 12 is released and the plug 14 is extracted from the opening part of the inner tube 12 and the outer tube 13 is slid down to the position of a stopper 16 along the outer peripheral surface of the inner tube 12 so as to extend the length of the discharge pipe 11.
