CIRCUIT BOARD SHEET

PURPOSE: To realize a circuit board sheet capable of preventing a circuit board from being broken at the time of storage, conveyance, or fitting work, and capable of preventing a worker from hurting his or her fingers at the time of fitting work. CONSTITUTION: In the row direction of a circuit board 10, the recessed and protruded parts including the protrusions of circuit boards 11 and linear side brim parts on the opposite side are positioned in both peripheral brim parts of the circuit board sheet 10, and the recessed and protruded parts of adjoining circuit boards 11 touch each other. Four circuit boards 11 are arranged in the row directions in the same line-direction array. In the column direction eleven rows including the four circuit boards 11 are arranged. And forty four circuit boards 11 are arranged in one circuit board sheet 10. And in the circuit board sheet, three V grooves 5 are formed in the row direction. and then V grooves 6 are formed in the row direction for cutting and separating the circuit boards 11. In the peripheral brim part of the circuit board sheet 10, the recessed and protruded parts of the circuit boards 11 are not arranged. Consequently, protrusions are not broken by the application of external force at the time of storage, etc., and besides fingers are prevented from being hurt by the protrusions.
