Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide a battery pack in which deformation and dispersion of an outside dimension are minimized by safely and accurately connecting an external input-output terminal and a housed battery group to each other in a battery pack where plural cells are electrically connected in series to each other and are housed in a vessel. CONSTITUTION: In a battery pack where plural cells are electrically connected in series to each other and are housed in a vessel, an L-shaped electric insulating holder 3 is provided. Insulation between a battery and terminals 7 and the battery and a lead plate 5 is performed by a resin part of this terminal holder 3, and a guide groove 17 inside which a freely bendable hinge part 2 and the lead plate 5 are positioned is arranged in the terminal holder 3.
