Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To sensitively, surely respond and compactify by moving a piston and a magnet by using the difference of fluid pressures of a fluid passing through an orifice to turn on/off a magnetic induction type switch element. CONSTITUTION: When a fluid does not flow through a piping path 9 to which a flow switch is connected, forces P1, P2 acting on the front and rear of an orifice 5 are balanced, only the force of an energizing means 4 acts on a piston 1, and the piston 1 positions on an inlet 7 side of a cylinder 6. Accordingly, a magnet 2 in the periphery of the piston 1 is separated from a magnetic induction type switch element 3, and a contact stays off. When the fluid flows through the piping path 9, the flow is throttled with the orifice 5, the pressure P1 on the inlet 7 side is made higher than the pressure P2 on the outlet 8 side, and the piston 1 is moved to the outlet 8 side against the energizing force of the magnet 2. The switch element 3 induces the magnetic force of the magnet 2 to turn on the contact.
