Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten hardness of an expansion body by enriching a non-metal component such as carbon, nitrogen and/or boron in an anti-corrosion steel processing material, performing aging heat treatment, and depositing them as a carbide, a nitride and/or a boride respectively. SOLUTION: Anti-corrosion steel containing interstitial dissolved non-metal, for instance, much of carbon, nitrogen and/or boron is used as an anti-corrosion processing material of an expansion body inserted in an compressible sleeve. Depositing forming alloy elements such as carbon, nitrogen and/or boron are mixed with a metal powder having a basic composition, the expansion body is injected and molded by an injection and molding device, and aging heat treatment is performed after a binder is removed and sintering is carried out. At this time carbon, nitrogen and/or boron are deposited as very hard particle of carbide, nitride and/or boride respectively. As a result, hardness of the expansion body is heightened together with the effect wherein a tendency of adherence and bite is lowered at a old time, and preferred and everlasting sliding characteristics are ensured during an expansion process in concrete with cracks and after the expansion thereof. |
