CONSTITUTION: A powder container 1 for discharging received powder (p) by being inverted comprises a hard container body 10 having an opening 13 on an upper side and an inner layer body 20 hung inside the container body 10 for receiving the powder (p), while the inner layer body 20 comprises a flexible cloth body 21 and a weight 22 attached to the cloth body.
