Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To provide a curl preventing device which regulates a slitlike suction port opened in a vacuum cylindrical body in accordance with size of printing paper. CONSTITUTION: In a curl preventing device, a slitlike suction port 6 is provided in the upper part of the nearby face of two vacuum cylindrical bodies 4 mutually adjacently provided in parallel. A pair of partition plates 1 are provided which are moved in the axial direction and in the opposite direction with each other within the slitlike suction port 6.
