CONSTITUTION: The mold clamping constitutional member 16 rising along with an upper mold 4 when the upper mold 4 is opened is inserted in the through-hole part 12 formed to the top member 1b of the frame for a vulcanizing machine 1 assembled into a square shape by a base member 1a, the top member 1b and a side member 1c in an up and down direction and, after molds are closed, they are clamped through the mold clamping constitutional member 16.
