Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide a biosensor capable of easily determining an index representing freshness or freshness constant K-value. CONSTITUTION: This biosensor is a flow injection-type biosensor equipped with a 1st reactor 4 packed with a carrier imobilized with nucleoside phosphorylase or xanthine oxidase and a 2nd reactor 6 packed with a carrier immobilized with AMP deaminase, adenosine phosphate deaminase, alkaline phosphatase, nucleoside phosphorylase or xanthine oxidase. Besides, the 1st and/or 2nd reactor(s) is packed with a carrier immobilized with an enzyme capable of dephosphorylating ATP or ADP into AMP.
