Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To obtain a milk component-containing drink capable of suppressing the spore germination and the growth of a heat-resistant spore-bearing bacterium and preventing the deterioration by flat sour, and having excellent taste by adding a milk component-containing drink with a specific diglycerol fatty acid monoester composition. CONSTITUTION: This drink is obtained by adding a milk component-containing drink (a coffee drink, a cocoa drink, a black tea drink, etc.) with a diglycerol fatty acid monoester composition containing myristic acid and/or palmitic acid as the main components of constituting fatty acids in a ratio of >=70wt.%, preferably 90wt.% in total and monoesters of >=70wt.%, preferably >=90wt.%. The composition is preferably added in an amount of 0.01-1.0wt.%, preferably 0.01-0.5wt.%.
