Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To provide the manufacturing method of an electrolytic capacitor, which can securely be impregnated with a driving electrolyte and holds a capacitance value and the value of ESR(equivalent series resistance) in high quality. CONSTITUTION: A specified amount of driving electrolyte 12 is inputted into a case 11. At the same time, a capacitor element 15 is inserted, and the case is sealed. Then, the case 11 is heated by a heating means 16 until the driving electrolyte in the inside is boiled. Thus, the driving electrolyte 12 is impregnated into the capacitor element 15.
