Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide a belt conveyer apparatus, by which a material can be conveyed freely horizontally and vertically, and which is effective in the case where an opening part is not made larger, especially in carrying out excavated surplus soil or the like on the ground. CONSTITUTION: A belt clamping machine comprises circulating guide rails 6 extended in such a manner as to circulate like a ring as a whole symmetrically about an endless belt 3 for a conveyer extended like a tube in the section of transport parts B-D, clamping units 5 symmetrically disposed on the circulating guide rails 6, and connecting members for connecting the above member to each other like a ring. The clamping unit 5 is so constructed that a traveling carrier 7 guided and supported by the circulating guide rails 6 and a circular-arc clamping plate 9 are connected to each other by an expansion rod 8.
