Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide a fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin sheet which facilitates unifomization of strength characteristics of expansion coefficient, rigidity, etc., by equalizing unit mass of a web and making orientation of fibers in the web throughly randam. CONSTITUTION: In a wet manufacturing apparatus of a fiber rein-forced thermoplastic resin sheet wherein a dispersion liquid containing a reinforcing fiber and a thermoplastic resin is supplied onto a mesh belt 11 from a head box 13 to make a web, an inlet part 14 which has an inflow opening 2 of the dispersion liquid from a manifold 13 and a dynamic pressure inhibiting means inhibiting dynamic pressure of the flowed in dispersion liquid, and a stay part 15 wherein a specific amount of an overflow from the inlet part 14 is stayed to be supplied onto the mesh belt 11 are provided to the head box. Then, the dispersion liquid in the stay part 15 has a depth capable of generating a flow almost vertical to a surface of the mesh belt 11.
