Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To use a heater consisting of a hygroscopic heating material as a heat source which dehumidifies and heats the air of the blower fan for drying of a tableware washer. CONSTITUTION: This tableware washer equipped with a washing tank 6 to house and wash tableware and a circulating air blasting drying mechanism dehumidifies the air of high humidity exhausted from a fan 17 for drying and performs circulating air blasting to return the air to the fan 17 for drying by heating by arranging a hygroscopic heater 11, the circulating air blasting path 20 of which is filled with the hygroscopic heating material.
