Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a will deciding method based on expression by expressing the latter matter of a proposition through the use of the auxiliary verb of will at the time of will decision in a computer. CONSTITUTION:The proposition for a certain action is described as a form, IF (conditions A), THEN (action B) + (auxiliary verb of will). The adapting degree to some conditions which are described in the former matter part of the proposition is calculated (202) based on subjective judgement and weight as against will for the action in the latter matter part is obtained (203). Then, at first, weight as against strongest will is taken note of (204), it is compared (205) with other whole weight, it is decided as will when weight which is taken note is largest, conversion is executed (207) into weight corresponding to second strongest will and, then, the return to a processing (205) is executed. The above processing is repeated till the will of the action is decided in order of will strength.
