Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide the method and device for providing an approximation solution corresponding to the minimum solution of an average call loss rate in a multinetwork. CONSTITUTION: The occurrence rate and average holding time of a call for each position of relay between a call source SBi and another subnetwork are measured by call amount measuring instruments LTMi and TTMi1 -TTMi N, the allocation of call processing CPU resources from the inside of each subnetwork to a subscriber system and each relay system is calculated based on the occurrence rate and average holding time of the call by a call processing CPU resource allocation calculating device CLCi and according to this allocation, the call processing CPU resources are allocated to the subscriber system and each relay system for each subnetwork by a call processing CPU resource allocating device RSAi .
