Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce damage to a cover disc locking means and increase the torsional rigidity of a cover disc by assembling a cover disc of a predetermined shape to a casing forming a headlamp which is secured to the body of a vehicle. SOLUTION: This headlamp comprises a reflector 12, a casing 10 made of plastics or the like and secured to a body with an electric bulb 14 therein, and a cover disc formed by a cover disc 20 or the like which is assembled to the casing 10. The disc 20 has an edge 42 whose free end is bent to point in the direction opposite to the assembly direction 17 of the disc 20. Thus, the headlamp bas a disc cover which is unlikely to be damaged during locking and which has increased torsional rigidity.
