PLATE MAKING METHOD AND PLATE MAKING MACHINE FOR PHOTOSENSITIVE RESIN PRINTING PLATE

PURPOSE: To shorten washing-out time and to obtain a good relief shape by applying vibrations of a specific frequency on a brush and/or plate material in a brush washing-out stage for photosensitive resin plate materials. CONSTITUTION: The washing-out tank 10 of a plate making machine 1 is internally provided with the washing-out brush 6 and a fixture 2 for the photosensitive resin plate materials facing this brush and is provided with a brush base 7 holding the brush at the root of the washing-out brush 6. A vibrator 8 is connected to this brush base 7 and a motor 3 is connected via a crank 5 to this fixture. A driven shaft 4 operates cooperatively with the motion of the fixture 2. A developer consisting of water is charged into the washing-out tank 10 to the extent of immersing the fixture 2 therein and the photosensitive resin plate materials after exposure are stuck to the fixture 2. The fixture 2 is largely circularly moved within the horizontal plane by rotation of a motor 3. On the other hand, the brush 6 is slidably supported in parallel with the photosensitive resin plate materials by a brush supporting body 7 and microvibration of >=1 second in 5 times is applied thereon by the vibrator 8.
