Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To prevent a large turbulence by imparting a small turbulence to the interface layer of a laminar flow by means of a tripping wire to cause a transition from a laminar flow to a turbulence and carrying the unstable secondary flow downstream on the stable vortexes created by the turbulence. CONSTITUTION: Four tripping wires 7 are arranged, at a predetermined interval along the flow, in the direction intersecting the flow perpendicularly on the inner circumferential wall at the enlarged parallel part 2 on the upstream side of a wind tunnel 1 having square cross-section provided with a measuring parallel part 3 constricted downstream. This arrangement prevents turbulence of fluid.
