Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To perform a fuel supply suitable for starting and complete starting of an internal combustion engine within a short time by providing a third judging means for judging a starting time when the number of revolutions within the first judged number of revolutions but over the second judged number of revolutions continues for a specified period or over after post-starting is judged by a first judging means. CONSTITUTION: When the number of revolutions for an engine 1 is within the second judged number of revolutions smaller by a specified value than the first judged number of revolutions after post-starting is judged by means of the first judgment of an engine control unit 19, the starting of the engine is judged by a second judging means. When the number of revolutions within the first judged number of revolutions and over the second judged number of revolutions continues for a specified period or over after post-starting is judged by means of the first judging means of the engine control unit 19, starting of the engine is judged by a third judging means. Thus, supplying of fuels suited to starting is performed and starting of the engine 1 is quickly completed.
