Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control cylinders more uniformly by detecting stable operation actual values intrinsic to at least two frequencies, a stable operation target value and control deviation intrinsic to a frequency from a filtered rotational speed signal. SOLUTION: In the embodiment of a 6-cylinder internal combustion engine, a rotational speed signal is divided into spectral components by using band-pass filters 210, 220 and 230. For each spectral component, first, second and third actual value generators 214, 224 and 234 and first, second and third target value generators 212, 222 and 232 obtain frequency intrinsic target values NWS, KWS and ZS and actual values NWI, KWI and ZI. In connecting points 215, 226 and 236, frequency intrinsic control deviation is obtained, and weighting is added for each intrinsic frequency by using intrinsic frequency weighting coefficients FNW, and FZ. Control deviations NWL, KWL and ZL are added together at a connecting point 240, and its result is supplied to a controller.
