AUTOMOBILE DOOR LOCKING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a motor-vehicle door latch without damaging the safety of the function for a mechanical member and also for electric and electronic members. SOLUTION: In a motor-vehicle latch provided with a door lock 1, mechanical locking devices 2 and 3 in the door lock, an electric adjustment driving device 8, a lock holder 5, an operating device and an emergency operating device, the mechanical locking devices 2 and 3 are operated by only one rotary trap 2 and detent 3. The electric adjustment driving device 8 equipped with an electric outside operating device in the form of an outside operating switch 9 is provided to the operating device, and a mechanical inside operating device acting on the detent is also provided. A switchable bistable relay is provided to the operating device through a receiver equipped with a current supply conductor connected to the electric adjustment driving device 8, such as a remote control equipped with transmitter and receiver. The outside operating switch 9 of the electric outside operating device is placed in the current supply conductor, and the emergency operating device is equipped with a chain-lock cylinder having a mechanical emergency operating key.
