Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To downsize the center member for reinforcing a floor panel, and besides, lighten it, and simplify the constitution of a floor, and facilitate the assembly work of this floor. CONSTITUTION: A seat 4 is provided on the topside of a floor panel 3, and a seat belt 10 for a person sitting on this seat 4 is provided. A seat belt anchor 12 for coupling the end 11 of this seat belt 10 to the side of the floor panel 3 is provided. A service hole 15 is made in the floor panel 3. A center member 20 extending back and forth is laid between the brims 17 and 18 of the front and rear openings 17 and 18 of this service hole 15, and each end 21 of this center member 20 is fastened each to the brims 17 and 18 of the corresponding holes. The seat belt t anchor 12 and the center member 20 are fastened together to the brim 18 of the opening of the service hole 15.
