Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To improve adjusting accuracy of a cutting edge size and working efficiency of a cutting tool provided with an eccentric sleeve for adjusting the cutting edge position on a shank part. CONSTITUTION: This cutting edge adjusting device is roughly constituted of a supporting bracket 23 holding a cutting tool 21 by rotatably supporting an eccentric sleeve 22 relatively rotatably mounted on the shank 27 of the cutting tool 21 centering around the axis, a torque transmitting member 24 integratedly rotatably engaging with the eccentric sleeve 22 of the cutting tool 21 supported with the supporting bracket 23, and a dial gage 26 of which the extreme end of the measuring rod is supported with the vicinity of the cutting edge position of the cutting tool 21 supported with the supporting bracket 23.
