ELECTRIC POLE-PROTECTING COVER SERVED ALSO AS PLANTER

PURPOSE: To provide an electric pole cover capable of protecting an electric pole from damaging caused by collision of the snowremoving plate of a snowremoving car or the bucket of a working vehicle against the pole, etc., and planting flowering plants therein by constituting the cover by combining plural container bodies each having a bottom and an opening on the top, containing soil therein and fixing the cover to the electric pole. CONSTITUTION: Two container bodies 2 split into left and right are united and fixed to an electric pole 3. A protecting cover for the electric pole serued also as a planter 1 is constituted so that its outer shape in the state of uniting two container bodies 2 is cylindrical. Each of the container bodies 2 has an opening 4 on the top and a bottom plate 5 on the bottom part and receives soil within the container bodies. An internal flank 7 of the container body 2 is a concave part of a spherical surface corresponding to a flank 8 of the cylindrical electric pole 3. Each container body 2 is united through engaged parts 10a and 10b by bolt nuts.
