Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To improve the linearity of the high frequency switch circuit connecting an antenna selectively to a reception circuit or a transmission circuit by decreasing a passing loss in the ON state and reducing signal leakage in the OFF state of the switch circuit. CONSTITUTION: In the high frequency switch circuit connecting an antenna terminal 1 to an input output terminal 2 or an input output terminal 3 selectively, a semiconductor switching element 6, 7 is provided between a point 21, 22 on a transmission line interconnecting the two input output terminals 2, 3 and ground, a 1/4 wavelength line 4, 5 is inserted into the transmission line and a dielectric reactance circuit 101, 102 forming a resonance circuit in combination with the semiconductor switching element 6, 7 is provided between the point 21, 22 on the transmission line and ground.
