Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To dispose of a decomposed component or deteriorated component in an insulating and cooling medium without releasing to the outside from a container housing an electric appliance. CONSTITUTION: An end of a fluid treatment tank 21 is connected to other end of a cooling apparatus 8 through a first valve 17, other end is connected to a container through a second valve 26, and a third valve is connected between the other end of the cooling apparatus 8 and a container 1. And the fluid treatment tank 21 is vacuumed in a closed state of the first valve 17 and the second valve 26, then both the valves 17 and 26 are opened, And the third valve 16 is closed. By doing this, an insulating and cooling medium 3 is circulated in a circulating route comprising a pump 6, the cooling apparatus 8, the fluid treatment tank 21 and the container 1 in this order thereby removing impurities in the fluid treatment tank 21.
