METHOD FOR PROCESSING DATA

PURPOSE: To obtain a method for processing data for which it is not necessary to run a user application program precisely describing conditions for collecting the data of control equipment provided with a memory every time when starting a system. CONSTITUTION: A main controller 10 prepares a monitor interval for monitoring a programmable logic controller PLC 30 for collecting data and the operating state of the PLC 30 for setting trigger conditions for starting the data collection in the file of a text format corresponding to one label name as the data collection conditions of the PLC 30. When the label name and the data collection conditions corresponding to it are received from the main controller 10, a subcontroller 20 secures the data collection conditions in the form extended on a memory 22 corresponding to the label name but when only the label name is received from the main controller 10, the data collection conditions secured in the form extended on the memory 22 are compared with the data of the PLC 30 and when the data collection conditions are established, those data are collected from the PLC 30 and transferred to the main controller 10.
