SOLUTION: This silver halide material consists of a support body, at least one red sensitive silver halide emulsion layer containing at least one cyan coupler, at least one green sensitive silver halide emulsion layer containing at least one magenta coupler, at least one blue sensitive silver halide emulsion layer containing at least one yellow coupler, at least one intermediate layer Z-1 situated under the red sensitive silver halide emulsion layer situated in the bottom and/or at least one intermediate layer Z-2 situated under the green sensitive silver halide emulsion layer situated in the bottom. The Z-1 and/or Z-2 contain flat grains having an aspect ratio of >2, the average diameter of spheres having an equal volume of >=0.3μm, and the diameter of a circle having the equal protruding surface area of a flat grain of at least 0.3μm.
