In the formula, R represents hydrogen or methyl group, R represents alkyl group having 1-10 carbon atoms, phenyl group or benzyl group, and x, y, z represent mole ratios, wherein x is 5-49 moles, y is 50-94 moles, z is 1-45 moles, and the total of x, y, z is 100 moles.
