Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide, a yellow resist having excellent reliability, resolution and spectral property by mixing a specified photosensitive resin composite with a pigment dispersion formed of an organic solvent, a pigment, a polymer dispersing agent and/or pigment derivative dispersing agent, a leveling agent, a defoaming agent, a surfactnat, and a slip agent. CONSTITUTION: To a photosensitive resin composite obtained by mixing 30-80wt.% of a binder resin represented by the formula to the total resin solid content, 10-30wt.% of a multifunctional acrylate monomer to the total resin solid content, and 0.1-15wt.% each of a photopolymerization initiator and a sensitizer to the total resin solid content together is mixed a pigment dispersion composition formed of a polymer dispersing agent and/or specified pigment derivative dispersing agent, a pigment, a leveling agent, a slip agent, a surface active agent and a defoaming agent. In the formula, R represents hydrogen or methyl group, R represents alkyl group having 1-10 carbon atoms, phenyl group or benzyl group, and x, y, z represent mole ratios, wherein x is 5-49 moles, y is 50-94 moles, z is 1-45 moles, and the total of x, y, z is 100 moles.
