Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a lightweight floor board excellent in damping property by providing a clearance a prescribed times the plate thickness of two aluminum alloy plates, connecting and filling a bar, pipe or plate having a total volume less than a prescribed volume into the space, and filling a material obtained by hardening and expanding a main agent and a foaming agent in a prescribed ratio into the remaining space. CONSTITUTION:Aluminum alloy plates 1 are welded to the upper and lower surfaces of a corrugated aluminum alloy plate 2a. At this time, a clearance 1-85 times the total plate thickness of the two alloy plates is provided. The volume of the corrugated aluminum alloy plate 2a is set lower than 30% of the clearance space volume. A main agent, a hardener, and a foaming agent are then mixed in a prescribed blending ratio followed by stirring, and the mixture is filled into the clearance space as it remains liquefied.
