Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the passive force of a ball track under a torque load and facilitate manufacture by forming inner track pairs with two adjoining inner ball tracks extending in parallel relative to one another, and associating outer and inner track pairs with one another. SOLUTION: In one track bisection on a cross section, ball tracks 18, 19 of the outer track pairs of an outer joint part are provided with regions 22, 23 extending outward in width with respect to ball pairs. Ball tracks 20, 21 of the inner track pairs of an inner joint part are provided with extended recesses 24, 25 positioned inside and connected to form a common groove 26 with respect to ball pairs. Only each ball of a pair of balls supports an active load in the lines of action W1 , W2 extending at the angle 45 deg. relative to the torque transmission direction, i.e., the radial line, thus the ball is free from passive force. |
