TAKING UP ROLL EXCHANGER OF LOOM

PURPOSE: To provide the subject apparatus capable of preventing stain due to looseness of a woven fabric and occurrence of crease by moving a taking up roll from a rolling part to a carrying out part without rolling the taking up roll. CONSTITUTION: In exchange of taking up roll of a loom, an electric cylinder 41 is started based on a taking up roll exchange order signal and a lift rod 23 is protruded and both end shaft parts of the taking up roll are retained by a supporting part 24 provided at its top. Then, a motor 29 is driven and a worm wheel 25 of a decelerating mechanism is rotated and supporting arms 22 provided at the right and left of the loom are synchronously oscillated through a synchronizing operation means comprising a sprocket wheel 36 and a chain 38, and the taking up roll is driven forward and moved up to carrying out position without rolling in a state in which the woven fabric is laid in a row. Empty roll is automatically dropped along a guide rail at a timing slightly delayed from the driving of the taking up roll to finish exchange of take up rollers.
