CONSTITUTION: BaCO3 and TiO2 are mixed to obtain 9.7 to 9.8×10 / deg.C coefft. of thermal expansion, into which Al2 O3 and SiO2 .ZrO2 are compounded to obtain a specified compsn. and ion exchanged water is added. The mixture is kneaded in a beads mill and molded in a wet state into a square plate under 0.8Ton/cm pressure. The molded body is dried and fired at 1140-1180 deg.C to obtain a sintered compact having
