Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain a detergent composition for hard surfaces which is excellent in foaming, detergency, storage stability, etc., by mixing alkylene glycol ether solvents with a cationic surfactant, an alkali, water, etc., in a specific proportion. CONSTITUTION:A mixture (A) which consists of two or more compounds represented by formula I (wherein R1 is phenyl or benzyl ; R2 is H or methyl; and (x) as, the number of oxyalkylene groups that have added, is an integer of 1 or larger) and different from each other in (x) when having the same group as R1 and which satisfies equations II and III [wherein Nx is the amount (wt.%) of the compound in which the number of oxyalkylene groups that have added is X, based on the mixture (A)] is mixed with a cationic surfactant (b) (e.g. a linear alkylbenzenesulfonic salt), an ingredient (C) which is an alkali and/or a sequestering agent (e.g. pyrophosphoric acid), and water (D), the amounts of ingredients (A), (B), and (C) being 0.001-0.3 pts.wt., 0.001-0.3 pts.wt., and 0.0001-0.2 pts.wt., respectively, per pt.wt. of the sum of the ingredients (A), (B), (C), and (D). Thus, a detergent for hard surfaces is produced. |
