Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding top capable of reducing the assembling work for changing a top covering and minimizing noises around a vehicle body generated at lateral frame members during vehicle operation. SOLUTION: A linkage 14 for a top covering 10 and a linkage 15 for a sealing strip 13 are spaced apart from each other and provided on the lateral frame member 11 of a top frame. The wall section 16 of the lateral frame member of the top frame uncovered by the top covering and partly forming an outer surface of a body extends between the spaced apart linkages, and of the wall section forming the outer surface of the body, a projecting partial range 18 facing the top covering forms a rain groove 19, together with the adjoining top covering.
