Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide a connecting structure easy in manufacturing and capable of continuous use even when a pawl is broken. CONSTITUTION: An elastic arm 24 having a hollow part 13 in a cylindrical part 14 for connecting a split case 10 and having a pawl 23 and a hollow part 26 in a cylindrical part 25 for connecting a split case 20 is provided. The elastic arm 24 is normally inserted in the hollow part 13 and the pawl 23 is locked to a locking part 15 to make a connection. When the pawl 23 is lacked by the breakage of the elastic arm 24, a connection is made by respectively hooking a holding spring of separate members to the outside of the hollow part 13 and the hollow part 26. Even when the pawl 23 is lacked, a connection can be secured.
