CONSTITUTION:A polyetherester block copolymer in an amount of 100 pts.wt. having arom. polyester units as the hard segments and poly(alkylene oxide) glycol units as the soft segments is compounded with a both-side-hindered phenolic antioxidant (A), a one-side-hindered phenolic antioxidant (B), a thioether compd. (C), and a phosphorus compd. (D) in an amt. of the sum of A+B of 0.01-5 pts.wt. and in a wt. ratio of C/(A+B) of 0.2-4.
