CONSTITUTION: A sheet member 1 laid on the upper surface of a pan 12 in a heat cooking unit which comprises a grille 15 adapted to carry thereon foods to be cooked, and laid below the pan 12 and a heating part for heating the foods to be cooked, has a sheet body having a planer part 3 adapted to be laid on the a planer part 16 of the pan 12, and several burning and boiling stones are scattered on the upper surface of the planar part 3.
