Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To automatically compensate the resonance frequency of a cavity resonator fluctuating by the yearly range of air temperature in the cavity resonator. CONSTITUTION: Temperature detected by a thermocouple 2 adhered closely on the cavity resonator 1 is outputted as a thermoelectromotive force by a compensation type reference circuit 3, and amplified by a voltage amplifier 4. An amplified thermoelectromotive force is converted to mechanical displacement by a piezoelectric actuator 5, and capacity in the cavity resonator 1 is increased/decreased by displacing the stud slider 7 of a resonance adjusting stud 6A in a direction of A-A' shown by arrow, which compensates the resonance frequency.
