Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide an electronic component with EMI countermeasure, in which a switching noise is limited to a given level without using an after- assembling EMI countermeasure component. CONSTITUTION: Each end 1a, 1b or 1c of coils 2, 3 and 4 as an EMI filter is connected to an emitter pin la, a collector pin 1b or a base pin 1c. The other end 2b, 3b or 4b of the coils 2, 3 and 4 is connected to each end 5a, 6a or 7a of outer terminals 5, 6 and 7. The transistor 1 and the coils 2, 3 and 4, which are connected with outer terminals 5, 6 or 7, are molded with a resin 8, while the other end 5b, 6b and 7b of the outer terminals 5, 6 and 7 are exposed outside.
