Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide an electronic apparatus in which the reliability of sealing is improved by fixing a cover to a body with screws, and then eliminating to remove a soft metal such as lead sealed at the head of the screw without collapsing an original shape. CONSTITUTION: A cover 13 has a truncated conical recess 21. A body has a screw receiving base 22 for fixing the cover with screws. The cover 13 is mounted at the body, then a screw 23 is inserted to a truncated conical recess 21, and the cover 13 is fixed to the body by the screw 23. Soft metal 24 such as lead, etc., is so inserted from the upper surface of the recess 21 as to cover the head of the screw 23, and then the surface of the metal is engraved.
