HARDENING TREATMENT DEVICE FOR RECORDING MATERIAL FOR OPTICAL DISK AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING MASTER DISK FOR OPTICAL DISK

PURPOSE: To maintain the uniform temp. distribution of a glass original disk during a hardening treatment by providing a hardening treatment device with a hot plate for heating the original plate in order to hardening a recording material for optical disks. CONSTITUTION: This hardening treatment device has a hot plate 21 and this plate 21 has a soaking plate 23 on the upper side and a heater part 25 on the lower side. The hot plate 21 is provided thereon with plural guide pins 31. These guide pins 31 project upward from the soaking plate 23 so as to enclose the circumference of the glass original plate 10. The hardening treatment device has also a supporting device for supporting the glass original plate 10. This supporting device has ejector pins 41 movable in the vertical direction, linear bearings 43 for glidably guiding these pins 41, a connecting member 45 for connecting the bottom ends of the ejector pins 41 to each other and an air cylinder 47 for moving this member 45 in the vertical direction. The ejector pins 41 penetrate holes 21A of the hot plate 21 and the glass original plate 10 is arranged on the front ends thereof. The ejector pins 41 are vertically moved between the upper limit position and the lower limit position by the operation of the air cylinder 47.
