LIQUID CRYSTAL MODULE

PURPOSE: To provide a liquid crystal module which shields the high-frequency noise released from between the peripheral parts of a liquid crystal panel and the edges of the aperture of a metallic casing 7 so as to prevent this noise from affecting external electronic apparatus. CONSTITUTION: This liquid crystal module has the liquid crystal panel 1 which has a liquid crystal display surface 2, at least one printed circuit boards 3 which are packaged and arranged in the peripheral. part of the liquid crystal panel 1 and is mounted with many electronic parts 4 and plural tape carrier packages(TCP) 5, the metallic case 7 which internally houses liquid crystal panel 1 in the state of packaging the printed circuit boards 3 and is provided with the aperture 8 in the corresponding part of the liquid crystal display surface 2 and a spacer 10 which is inserted between the peripheral part of the liquid crystal panel 1 and the edge of the aperture 8 of the metallic case 7. The spacer 10 is composed of a material which shields the high-frequency noise generated from the electronic parts 4 and the TCP 5. The high-frequency noise is, therefore, shielded by both of the metallic case 7 and the spacer 10 and is not released outside.
