Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To prevent fluid from leaking out of a valve and to achieve smooth rotational movement of a valve element. CONSTITUTION: At a passage switching portion 4, a guide valve 2 mounted in the hollow portion 6a of an inside housing 6 is supported by bearings 19, 20 in such a way as to be rotatable in normal and reverse directions. Various fluid passages are formed within the inside housing 6 and the guide valve 2 and are selectively communicated with one another by the rotation of the guide valve 2 in either the normal or reverse direction. At a torque motor portion 3 an armature 31 is mounted on the upper end of the guide valve 2, and permanent magnets 33A, 33B are bonded to both ends of the armature 31. A coil 37 is wound on an iron core 34A, magnetic poles are produced in the iron core 34A as a result of current flow through the coil 37, and torque is generated in the armature 31 by the magnetic poles and the permanent magnets 33A, 33B. The iron core 34A and the coil 37 are molded integral with each other by a resin layer 44. At the resin layer 44 a hollow portion 45 is formed by partitioning, and the armature 31 is placed within the hollow portion 45.
