Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To improve a disc brake device by providing holes for adjusting balance of a spline axis. CONSTITUTION: Tapped holes are provided at a spline portion of a spline axis 1 along a circular line. During manufacturing process of a disc brake device, a rotational test can be operated by utilizing a balancing machine and so on. Unbalance amount and its location is detected by the rotational test. The balance of the spline axis is adjusted by adding weight in necessary holes for controlling balance. A rotor engaged with the spline part of the spline axis 1 and stators provided adjacent the rotor form a breaking structure by contacting the rotor and stators under air pressure. Thereby, a disc brake device is improved. Even if a disc plate becomes unbalance caused by abrasion or deterioration due to the lapse of years, the balance of the spline can be controlled at a work site.
